I'ver recently been given the task to consolodate all of our contracts onto a Sharepoint site. Simple enough, so I thought...I've run into a few problems managing who can see which peices of information and was wondering if someone could shed some light on the situation. I've uploaded the scanned images of the contract and added content types which contain different attributes relating to the contract (ie. price, expiration date, contact info, etc.) There will be two user groups - Admins and Management. Management is allowed see all of the attriubutes and scanned image of contract. Admins are only allowed to see attributes not relating to price, terms, etc. and are not allowed to see the scanned image of the contract. I guess my question is, how can I design the site so that Admins only have access to certain attributes and don't have access to the scanned image?
