Does anybody know if it possible to define an expiration policy on an OOB discussion board, so that discussions are automatically deleted 21 days from their being "Created" (not "Date Created").

Using "Information Management Policy" I choose 'Discussion' and then select "Define a Policy". I tick "Enable Expiration", however  under "The retention period is:" when I want to select "A time period based on the item's properties:", "Created" is not available from the drop-down menu, so I am unable to choose a time period based on the date that a discussion item was created.

Any help and ideas would be much appreciated.
