    Required qualifications:

    - 6+ years of development with VB/Microsoft.NET / ASP.NET.  Strong database skills should be evident 
    - Hands on experience (3+ years) with WSS 2.0/3.0 and/or Portal Server 2003 and MOSS (WWF and InfoPath experience a plus)
    - Must be certified across required technologies or demonstrate revelant experience  
    - Lead team of SharePoint developers with commerical product vision capabilities (strong solution design skills)
    - Some travel may be required  
    - Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States

    Job Responsibilities:
    -You will lead a team of talented developers designing and building horizontal products and point solutions over WSS and MOSS.

    -Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position
