    MOSS 2007 won't uninstall

    Server Specs
    - windows small business server 2003
    - wss 2.0
    - exchange server
    - no server backup

    What went down
    - installed .net 3.0 framework
    - installed wss 3.0 side by side with wss 2.0
    - everything was working fine
    - installed moss 2007
    - everything was working fine
    - uninstalled moss 2007
    - reinstalled moss 2007 - running wizard fails, however rerunning the wizard runs successfully
    - wss 2.0, exchange and web server working fine, however, wss 3.0 is not working fine nor is moss 2007 working
    - running the repair process on wss 3.0 and moss 2007 completes successfully however is not helpful
    - trying to uninstall wss 3.0 or moss 2007, the uninstall process via Add/remove programs just quits with no error message or notification of why it stopped

error message when accessing moss 2007:
Sharepoint Products and Technoligies COnfiguration Wizard:
Cannot browse to the Sharepoint Central Administration Web Application because a Sharepoint Central Administration Web Application has not been created yet. To create one, use the Sharepoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard. DO you want to launch the configuration wizard

clicking yes causes the following error:
The Microsoft Sharepoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard encountered an error and must close. Launch the wizard again from the shortcu in the Start Menu

An exception of type Microsoft.SharePoint.PostSetupConfigurationTaskException was thrown. Additional execption information: SharePoint Products and Technologies cannot be configured. The current installation mode does not support SKU to SKU upgrades because there exists an older version of Windows Sharepoint Services that must be upgraded first.

Do to lack of resources, we don't have a backup of the server, and we cannot reinstall windows, iis and the various applications and web sites hosted on the server. Hopefully someone could help us by providing us with instruction on how to either uninstall MOSS 2007 or WSS 3.0 or alter the current configuration so that we can utilize these applications
