What level of MS tools do you need (how deep to go) to customize the Gnatt view of any event list in SharePoint 2007?  In particular

1) to change the time line granularity from days to weeks

2) to allow the "title" column to be any site column rather than the 3-4 choices given

3) to disable the default "required" fields and take out of the "template"
