Column Permission of Issue Tracking List

    Hello

How do I set the permission for specific user of Issue List, I am using Help desk templete in sharepoint portal 2007. For  example - for a normal user I dont want to show "Resolution" column, but for site administrator he should be able to see this column.

I also dont want to allow user to change filter from "My Issue" to any other filter. He will be able to see only "My Issue" filter can not switch to any other filter like "All Issue".

    Hello,

You can try using SPListDisplaySetting feature. You can download this feature from CodePlex to http://www.codeplex.com/SPListDisplaySetting.
I think this will help you for the first part of your requirements.
