Hi All,
I have deployed, downloded Helpdesk template in our development environment. It has list called Service Requests, this list providing out of the box different list fields(columns of list) in newform.aspx, editform.aspx.
I have tried to figure it out, how it is happening,..but no success as of now.
please can any body help me to understand how it is happening.
and my actual requirement is to provide different fields in newform.aspx and editform.aspx (any way(out of the box) is fine)
