How can i push the content of one row (from a seperate list) to an existing list new item?

    How can i push the content of one row (from a seperate list) to an existing list new item?

    I have two lists in sharepoint (wss3) and have a view that show's both custom list. i would like to select one row from the bottom list and push it to a new item in the top list. I have designer 2k7 as my editing tool.

    thoughts/ideas?

    Use workflow to copy to a new list

    I created an itemadded event handler that did it.
