Restoring a backup of a STS v2 site

Hello everyone. I work for a non-profit in Laguna Hills. We recently had to update our server and now that I am trying to restore the site from a back up I made using Front Page, I get a message that says the forms are too long and should contact the Administrator (me). I researched the problem in Microsoft; but no luck. We desperately need our site back up. A lot of our operation is there. I have have the back up and the SQL 2000 databases as well.

Thanks for the help I hope I can get here.

    Vic
