    How to Hide Site Action

    I want to hide "Site Action" for unauthorised user, only admin user can see "Site Action". I am using sharepoint portal 2007. Is there any optio for this?

    Hi,

    This is not an option out of the box.  Although I thought this control was security trimmed.  For example a reader of the portal cannot see the site actions.  I don't have time to spin up my VPC and check but will take a look tomorrow to see if this is true.
