Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of development experience with the Microsoft.NET platform and ASP.NET.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint Products and Technologies.
- Willingness to train as an Office SharePoint Server 2007 Implementer and Solutions Architect.
- Previous experience leading a .NET project is a plus.
- Strong ability to work in a customer interfacing environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Microsoft certifications are a plus. 
- Excellent work ethic
- Some travel maybe required
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
