Sharepoint as front end on internet integrated to Project Server on Intranet

    Hi Experts,

Can someone please help me understand if I can set up Sharepoint services and Project Server  the following configuration. If yes, then what specific steps will I have to take.

Project Server (2007 dedicated) on the intranet - for the team to internally setup and track projects and timesheets.

Sharepoing Services hosted on the internet (shared with others) but having own sharepoint site. To be able to set up sites for project management (risk management , issue management and reporting) of different projects  that are setup on the project server intranet.I want to be able to view reports/data from the project server besides collaborating on other issues through sharepoint. I would also like to be able to update the data in project server through sharepoint in some cases.

I have my own project server license, but I do not want to host a dedicated server for sharepoint services on the internet yet.

    Thanks in advance,

    Nitin
