I am using Sharepoint 2003 and have run into the following road-block. I have a document library containing reports written by analyst from different institutions. Each document has been label according to each of these fields along with a posted date.

I need a view that will allow me to view the lastest report (by posted date) for each of the analyst (1 per analyst).

Is there anyway to do this?
