    I have published several Infopath forms to SharePoint libraries and have one that does not display all of the fields as columns in the views in that library. When I go to the Modify Settings and Columns page, they aren't available in to be checked to display in the edit Views area.  The form contains only 48 fields and all show up for publishing and none are fields that won't publish. Is there a setting somewhere for a max number of fields to display as columns?
