    Basically if a user opens a document library using the Explorer View feature and then mods the document will the versioning freature work?

     Our IT Director won't let me allow the end-user to access the Explorer view feature will I confirm versioning works ;(

    Answered my own question.  Yes!, versioning does work correctly in E.V.
