    Can you set permissions on views. I am trying out the HelpDesk template and wanted to stop users from seeing All Tasks.

    Same goes for limited their access to view the Service Rep Home, KB Mgr Home, Service Rep Mgr Home.

    Ideally the users will see their service requests, KB and FAQs.

    Hi,

    With SharePoint Permission Boost, you can set some columns as invisible or read-only, thus build kinds of views as you demands. As a result, if some user have no permission to read one column, he/she can not see the view with that column. See more infor :
