Summary Links Web Part and Anchor Links

    Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to add anchor links in the summary links web part and have them correctly work?

I have several links in a summary link web part that are links to specific pages in pdf's on sharepoint, however, they don't open properly.

When I have them open in a new window they will open the pdf but not on the page I have my anchor set to.  If I right click the link and "open in a new tab" the link works perfectly opening to the correct page on the pdf.  If I don't open them in a new window they don't open the pdf at all and the anchor information is added to the current pages url. (e.g  #page=34 shows up on the current pages url).

Any ideas how I can make this work.  Not all links on my site have anchors and having users right click links to open in a new tab isn't an option. If it didn't work when I opened in a new tab I would say anchors don't work in this web part but since there must be some way to get them to work.

    Liss
