    Problem with series items

    Hi,

I have a meeting workspace with a recurring meeting. I also have a list of attendees webpart. What I'd like to do is make the attendee list a series item list, so that it appears on all meeting instances. However, when I go to edit the attendees settings, the "Change items into series items" option is set to "No", and "Yes" is grayed out. I've tried everything I can think of to make the Yes option available. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Erin

I am trying to accomplish to same thing, using the same web part (Attendees), and am experiencing the same symptoms as you have described.  Looking for ideas.  thanx

    Re: Problem with series items

We as well are having this issue within the context of a Meeting Workspace.  It seems that all other lists' items can be changed to become series items - but not the Attendees list.  Very strange.  Will keep digging, as it would be nice to find a solution for this ASAP.

might try removing the default Attendees list and add your own...then save the site as a template???
