    officetalk (http://www.office-talk.com) have just developed a new product called Autom@tor for SharePoint which allows you to filter incoming emails to the appropriate SharePoint folder based on words or phrases in the body of the message. For example all messages that contain the phrase “Aston Villa” in their message body would go straight to the “Aston Villa” Document Library in SharePoint and this could then automatically kick-off a Workflow process.
