    Hi,

    I've installed the Helpdesk Template and would like to configure the Service request form.

    In the quicklaunch bar, there's an option ' Create a Service Request'. Once clicked, it would allow the end-user to key in the details.
    I would like to customize the fields, so I get the required details from the users.

    Appreciate if any of you could guide me to customize this form. Thanks.
