    WSS2.0 to MOSS data migration

We have a single server WSS2.0 installation and a new MOSS environment on a medium farm. Would like to migrate all the lists (documents, lists, etc.) data from WSS2.0 to MOSS. Will be creating new sites on MOSS. We do not need sites from WSS2.0 to be migrated directly. Will be creating new structure on MOSS.

What is the best way to migrate all the documents from document library and other lists from a WSS2.0 site to MOSS site? I would like to retain version history and other properites (author, date, etc.) during migration? Thanks for the help!

    Thanks

    WD
