Migration from SharePoint 2001 to MOSS 2007

I know this isn't supported by Microsoft but I was wondering if anyone knew any other way to directly migrate from SharePoint 2001 to MOSS 2007?  I'd appreciate any assistance!

As fas as I know, I never seen this kinda tool before. Sharepoint 2001 and MOSS 2007 are very difference in platform and architecture.
