    How to deploy web part which is using another applications dll

    Hi There,

                 I have created web part which is referenceing another applications dll.How to deploy my web part on MOSS site. I am getting this error "Could not load file or assembly 'WebChart' or one of its dependencies.The system cannot find the file specified. Please provide me a link or a way out for this.I would be thankful to u all.Consider this as my urgent request.
