For full-time or consultant 

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

- significant development experience with the Microsoft.NET platform and ASP.NET.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint Products and Technologies.
- Willingness to manage and train direct reports
- Previous experience leading a .NET project is a plus.
- Strong ability to work in a customer interfacing environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering a plus
- Microsoft certifications are a plus. 
- Excellent work ethic
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
 

Job Responsibilities:
-As a manager/architect/developer you will be resposible for working with management on consulting opportunities involving Application Architecture, Application Development, Enterprise Application Development (EAI), Systems Integration, Data Warehousing and Data Mart Development, Corporate Portals, Mobile and Wireless Technologies, Supply Chain Automation, B2B E-Commerce, Retail & Distribution Order Management, and Website Integration.
-All of our Consultants participate in every phase of the development life cycle including analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

- Our consultants, working primarily on a client's premises, interact firsthand with users. Our consultants also experience a tremendous variety in the industries, companies, applications and technologies in which they work.
