You hav totally screwed up this site!

Where are the SharePoint tips that were on the MSD2D site!

Talk about a messed up site!  It doesn't say much for your staff!

    Re: Sharepoint Tips

Thanks for writing and for your hopes that this site will do everything that MSD2D did, and more.  We've actually taken the tips from the MSD2D site and moved them into ARTICLES.  The ARTICLES section of the site is not just stuff that "we" write--it's any great content submitted by the community.  What ARTICLES does is allow us to put content in one or more "categories" so that it's easier to browse through and find related content.  So there's now a way to visualize the relationship between tips and other content, as well as to "search" for content.  As great tips are posted, now, they will continue to exist both in Tips and in Articles.  And all the tips from MSD2D from 2006 and onward are in Articles.

The SEARCH function will expose not only the Articles (where you'll find the tips from MSD2D) but also FORUM posts, newly submitted TIPS, and BLOG entries.  So when you're looking for answers, just start with SEARCH.  If you're trying to learn a topic, dive into the Articles.  We will be enhancing the "structure" (tree) of the articles as we move forward, and are interested in anyone's feedback about what categories of articles would be most helpful to create.

I'm moving this post into the forums, since your feedback is useful and warrants additional discussion, rather than a "tip" per se.
