    Hi all,

    I need to create a mulitple choice drop-down menu to enable multiple selection from country list in a Document Library.

    Another question is: does anybody know how to customize the look(i.e. re-arange on-screen items, change length and width of drop-down menus ) of Upload Document screen?

    Please help.
